Minehead Holiday Cottage
‘Forget-me-not’ Cottage in Minehead, Somerset, is a Grade II Listed 16th century thatched holiday cottage with a secluded garden and babbling brook. This beautiful holiday cottage is situated in the old part of Minehead where narrow streets are still lined with many ancient cottages. There is a church and a good pub nearby.
The holiday cottage is within easy walking distance of Minehead beach, shops and Minehead railway station. Minehead itself is a small Somerset town on the edge of Exmoor. Dunster, with its castle and picturesque market square is about 4 miles away and the area offers many walks through scenic coastal and moorland areas.
Although modernised, ‘Forget-me-not’ Cottage provides everything you could wish for an enjoyable holiday in Minehead. The cottage retains lots of its charm and character, including window seats, wooden beams and a narrow winding staircase.
