Entrance into sitting room with window seat and cosy fireplace. Fitted kitchen with eating area and pleasant outlook onto a secluded traditional cottage garden. Bathroom. Narrow, winding staircase to 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. The twin room can be adjusted to sleep 4, as there are 2 additional ‘guest’ beds and bedding. However, these additional beds are more suitable for children.
Enclosed and attractive rear garden with small stream at boundary. Gate to road.
