Holiday Changeover
Occupancy is from Saturday to Saturday, unless stated otherwise and except for weekend or mid-week breaks. Please do not arrive earlier than 3pm to allow for proper preparation of your accommodation in between lets. A few days before arrival please contact the owner to give them your estimated time of arrival. Please aim to vacate your accommodation not later than 10am on the day of departure. Back to top ^
Cleaning
The property is cleaned by the owners or their caretakers in between lets. However, please make sure that you leave your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay. Cleaning materials are provided in the cottage for your use. Back to top ^
Breakages and Damage
Please report any breakages or damage which occur during your stay to the owner. Any broken or damaged items should be replaced or paid for as appropriate before departure. Back to top ^
Pets
Pets are not allowed in any part of the property, including the garden. Sorry, this includes Guide dogs. If, for allergy reasons, you are specifically looking for a property at which pets are never present, you should not assume that 'Sorry no pets' in the property description is a guarantee that no pets have ever been present at the property. Standard Equipment
The following items are included. Kitchen: Electric cooker. Fridge. cutlery, crockery, glassware and utensils, table and chairs (sufficient for 6 people). Bathroom: Bath and shower, wash hand basin, toilet. Sitting Room: Sofa, armchairs, television. Bedrooms: Hanging space, chest of drawers, 1 double bed, 2 single beds (both with pull-out mattresses underneath), pillows and bed linen. Garden: Outside toilet, Patio furniture. Back to top ^
Bed Linen

Cots and High Chairs
Cots are not provided, however there is one high chair, which is for use by a small child aged under 24 months and is not intended for use by 3 to 4 year olds. Back to top ^
Heating
Central heating, gas is included in the rent. Back to top ^
Suitability for the disabled
This property has steep steps/stairs and narrow openings and as such is not suitable for people who experience difficulty in negotiating such areas. Back to top ^
Numbers in Party
The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed 6. Only those listed on the Reservation Form may stay at the property, unless previously agreed with the owner's permission. Back to top ^
