Weekend rates (not available during June/July/August): £60 per night (minimum of 2 nights).
In addition to the above prices, We require a bond of £50 per booking (returned on receipt of keys and property left in an acceptable condition with no breakages or missing items).
Please note, weeks crossing two months will be charged at the monthly rate in which the majority of that week sits.

To check availability and book please call 0117 9140010. For reservations made more than 6 weeks before the holiday start date, a deposit of one quarter of the quoted weekly price is required in addition to the £50 bond. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
